Hot-rolled alloy steel ball
Our co***ny according to the national standard GB8649-88, and forging (rolling) ball ferrous metallurgy industry standards (YB/T091-2005), specializes in producing hot-rolled steel ball milling. Ball diameter is ¦µ20-¦µ130mm, there are 14 kinds of specifications. Milling ball rolling billets used in various chemical components are hot-rolled round steel bars, the diameter and the same nominal diameter steel ball. Hot-rolled steel ball production process mainly as follows:
1. Round steel bar and examinations, according to definite length cut into a ball blank.
2. Ball before rolling a continous billet in the furnace was heated to a suitable temperature.
3. Red hot billet steel ball mill were sent after the two with special spiral groove between the rotating roll forward , and is continuously rolled into balls.Each ball mill can be rolled into a 60-360 per minute, a ball.
4. Rolled into the red after the ball immediately into the factory hot-line heat treatment equipment specially designed for quenching- heat treatment, so that ball was high and uniform hardness.
5. After passing inspection of finished products sent to the warehouse, packaged before being sent to customers.
6. My co***ny has the exact dimensions of the steel ball, rounded geometry, high hardness and good mechanical properties and resistant to wear, no distortion, no cracking of excellent quality.
***ailed properties are as-follows:
1. High whole hardness: the surface hardness could be HRC57-67, the average volumetric hardness could be HRC56-64,and the hardness gradient is uniform.
2. High notched bar i***ct strength: it is more than 12J/c©O.
3. Low breakage rate: Properties for peel & breakage resistant are more than 10 times than traditional steel ball.
There is almost no breakage when ball i***ct more than 200000 times. Actual breakage rate is less than 1%.
